A new training stable and associated facilities for leading Australian trainers Colin & David Hayes adjoining Randwick Racecourse. The building is constructed in steel frame with modular timber boxes as used in the Newmarket project and brick external walls. Due to the unusual nature of Colin Hayes' training regime, each box was 3.6m x 7.0m in depth with a sand bed. Thus allowing the horses free movement within their stalls.
