Following extremely successful Equestrian Events at the
Sydney 2000 Olympic Games, Timothy Court & Company were approached
to provide expert equine consultancy to a Greek consortium bidding to
design and construct Athens Racetrack and 2004 Olympic Equestrian Centre.
With a design team of five firms of architects, each with their own team
of services and structural consultants, four building companies and various
specialist technical consultants, the job of reviewing, and coordinating
both the design process and dissemination of information required a tight
integration of project management and technology. Thus ensuring that both
documentation and intent were conveyed using mediums appropriate to the
technological ability of the recipients.
