With the completion of the new course proper and all weather turf training track , demand for on site stabling at Royal Randwick has risen. Timothy Court & Company has been engaged to formulate a stabling masterplan and modular building type, maximising the number of training stables on site.
With 532 boxes and associated facilities around 19 courtyards, 12 horse walkers and 180 day stalls, this project will significantly enhance the training accommodation at Royal Randwick Racecourse.
Within the constraints of remnant woodland, onsite and offsite stormwater problems, staging of works to ensure continued operation throughout construction, this project requires careful planning and consultation with Client, Trainers and Council
